This 1976 Lola T332 is powered by a Chevy 305 cubic-inch V8 engine mated to a Hewland DG300 transmission. It was raced by Brian Redman for Haas Racing to 1976 Formula 5000 Championship. Purchased by Herb Caplan in 1977. It was converted to center-seat Can-Am and driven by George Follmer. It was re-bodied by Lance Smith as 'Prophet 1'; with Follmer racing it again in 1978. It was restored to original F5000 specs.

The car was purchased by Rick Parsons in 2008 for unveiling at Road America F5000 30th Anniversary Reunion.
