This car was delivered to Carl Haas in April of 1971 and purchased by Jack Eiteljorg from Englewood, Colorado. It was entered in the May 1971 Seattle Grand Prix. It was raced in other F5000 races from 1971 to 1972. Its best finish was a 6th place at Mid-Ohio, and an 8th at Road America. The car is currently actively raced by its owner in historic race events at Laguna Seca, Sonoma, Watkins Glen, Road America, Mosport, Mt. Treblant, Road Atlanta, VIR, and others.
