This Corsair Convertible has been given a comprehensive restoration since new and finished in the 'as-delivered' color combination of President Red with a Snow White side panel insert. There is a black soft top and two-tone upholstery. The car is loaded with factory options including factory air-conditioning, a continental kit, dual spotlights, power features, and the Edsel windshield washer bag.
The car has been shown at a variety of events and has captured Best of Show awards at the EOC National Conventions and the Edsel Club National meet, as well as AACA National First Place Senior, Junior, and Preservation awards.
In 2010, this Edsel Cosair was offered for sale at Gooding & Company's auction held in Amelia Island, Florida. The car was expected to sell for $80,000 - $100,000 and was offered without reserve.
