Gabby Thomas earned three gold medals at the Olympic Games Paris 2024. Thomas won her second and third Olympic gold medals over the weekend as part of the triumphant Team USA relay teams in the Women's Track and Field 4x100m and 4x400m relay finals to close out the Games.

In the 4x100m relay, Thomas ran the penultimate leg of the relay, making up ground to the lead during her sprint to help propel Team USA to victory in 41.78 seconds. Similarly in the 4x400m, Thomas was also the penultimate runner on the way to Team USA's win in 3:15.27, finishing four seconds over the silver medal team.

'I'm really excited, this one definitely means a lot to me,' said Thomas. 'The relays are a totally different beast than running the individual (races) and we really came together.'

Thomas returns to the United States with three gold medals from the Olympic Games Paris 2024, as she was also victorious the Women's 200m earlier last week. The incredible performances by the 27-year-old put her in rare air, becoming the second American track and field athlete to score three gold medals at a single Olympics. Thomas now has five Olympic medals to her name after the three gold medals in Paris to go along with the silver and bronze medals she earned in Tokyo 2020.
