18th Annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance Tickets Now Available OnlineTickets are now available on line for the 18th Annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance.

The three-day Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 8-10, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island Resort, Amelia Island, Florida.

The centerpiece, Concours d'Elegance, is schedule for Sunday March 10, 2013 on the Golf Club of Amelia Island at Summer Beach. The field opens at 9:30 A.M., remaining open until 5:00 P.M.

Discounted advance sale tickets are available now online at www.ameliaconcours.org for $55.00 per adult and $30.00 per youth (ages 12-18). Early entry tickets (allowing entry to the field at 8:30 A.M., one hour before the general public) are available for $75.00 per adult and $50.00 per youth (ages 12-18). Early entry with a buffet lunch tickets are available for $150.00 per adult and youth.

Tickets at the gate are $70.00 per adult, $35.00 for individual youths 12-18 years of age, and $30.00 for active duty military personnel (with ID) and their accompanying individual immediate family members. All tickets include an official program. Children under 12 years of age are admitted to the Concours field free on Sunday March 10, 2013 with a paying adult.

CLUB AMELIA is also available in advance. Club Amelia guests will be hosted for breakfast, lunch, a snack, a two-drink ticket at the Club's private bar in the CLUB AMELIA PAVILION on the concours field. Also included are an official program, admission to the Concours, one VIP parking pass valid from Thursday through Sunday, and a poster of 2013 honoree Sam Posey. Individual membership is $375.00 (US).

Three enthusiast seminars are scheduled for the 18th Annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. The Design of the Iconic Corvette Stingray seminar will be hosted at 10:00 A.M. in the Talbot Ballroom of the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island on Friday, March 8, 2013. Peter Brock, one of the designers on the original Corvette Stingray will discuss the development of the car from the original Bill Mitchell National Championship winning car through the 1963 production car. Mr. Ed Welburn, Vice President of Global Design will then discuss the development of the newest Corvette relating the design influence of the original Stingray Design. Admission is limited. Tickets are $25.00 per person, in advance or at the door, while supplies last.

At 4:00 P.M. on Friday, March 8, 2013 in the Talbot Ballroom of the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island will be the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Porsche 911 Seminar. Consisting of a panel of Peter Schutz (President of Porsche Cars, AG, retired), Alwin Springer (race engine development), Harm Lagaaij (Director of Design, retired), Hurley Haywood (the most successful driver of the Porsche 911, celebrating the 40th Anniversary of his victory in the Daytona 24 Hours of Endurance), Jack Atkinson (Former crew chief for Brumos Racing) and Vic Elford (Winner of the Monte Carlo Rallye). The discussion will follow the development of the car which has come to define Porsche. Tickets are $25.00 per person, in advance or at the door, while supplies last.

On Saturday March 9, 2013 the Talbot Ballroom at the Ritz Carlton will host the celebration of Ford's GT40 seminar at 10:00 A.M. A panel consisting of GT40 drivers Brian Redman and David Hobbs will share the podium with John Horsman (John Wyer Racing Team Manager) and Lee Holman (President of Holman Automotive, Inc. and Holman Moody, Inc.), to discuss the development and racing successes of the Ford GT40. Tickets are $30.00 in advance or at the door, while supplies last.

The ROLLS-ROYCE WINEMAKERS DINNER is 6:30 P.M. Thursday March 7, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island in the Talbot Ballroom. Tickets are $275.00 per adult, in advance only. Seating is limited. Business attire appropriate.

The PORSCHE DRIVING EXPERIENCE will commence with a Drivers' Meeting at the Fernandina Beach Airport at 7:30 A.M. Friday March 8, 2013. Allow eight hours. Entry fee is $200.00 (US) per car and includes the participation of both the driver and navigator. Also included is admission to the Porsche Seminar.

Donations to The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance Foundation, a 501C3 charitable organization, are appreciated and accepted in the Ticket section of the Amelia Concours website.
