For 1923, Haynes offered three models : two six-cylinders and a twelve. This is the six-cylinder Model 55, which rode on a 121-inch wheelbase chassis and developed 50 horsepower. The Model 55 sedan sold for just under $3,000 in 1923, a significant amount of money.

A merger between Haynes, Winton, and Dorris was rumored in 1923 but never came to pass. The company produced 4,231 cars in 1923 and only 330 in 1925 when the company folded.
