2000 Mazda Miata MX-5

The 2000 Mazda Miata MX-5 was available as a base Convertible or an LS Convertible. The base price was $21,250, while the LS version sold for $24,000. LS versions added leather-trim and 15-inch alloy wheels. For 2000, the Miata was given 14-inch alloy wheels, power steering, power windows, mirrors, and a leather-wrapped NARDI steering wheel. Power was from a dual-overhead-cam four-cylinder 16-valve engine displacing 112 cubic inches and offering 140 horsepower. The front-engine, rear-wheel drive vehicle had either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. Disc brakes were in both the front and rear.
