ABARTH ANNOUNCES 500 BI-COLORE EDITION
A new version of Abarth's stunning 500, the Bi-Colore Edition, will cost just £15,990 OTR when it goes on sale from today (2 March).Just 50 of the striking 500 Bi-Colore will be built, the high performance brand has just announced. A unique Scorpione two-tone Black over Record Grey paint finish, 17-inch 10-spoke diamond finish alloy wheels, Abarth sports seats with natural leather trim, and rear privacy glass all feature as standard on the special edition.
Based on the Abarth 500 Custom, the Bi-Colore is powered by a 1.4 Turbo T-Jet 16-valve engine with a sporty five speed manual gearbox. With 135bhp of power available and a maximum 206Nm of torque at 3000 rpm, the Abarth has a 0-62 mph time of just 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 127 mph, yet it returns 47.1mpg fuel economy on the official Combined Cycle.
Fog lights and satin steel rear twin exhausts complete the sporting look, while inside, the leather steering wheel, DualdriveTM electric power steering with Sport function, climate control, CD and MP3 with six speakers and Blue&MeTM hands-free system are also all standard equipment.'The Bi-Colore colours across the Abarth range have already proved popular with our customers, and this exclusive Black over Grey edition is a particularly good example of how striking the cars can look,' says Gerry Southerington, Head of Brand, Abarth ÚK.
