Audi updates 2024 models with new standard features and expanded connected technology

Audi of America today announced model year pricing and content updates to its 2024 lineup, including the addition of new standard equipment and features.
The 2024 model year changes build on the continued growth in the premium and electrified segments for Audi, bolstering the brand's position as an innovative manufacturer of cutting-edge vehicles. 2024 also sees the brand's electrified lineup evolving. With the launch of the Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback e-tron earlier this year, Audi continues to offer five different BEV models – joining the Q4 e-tron and Q4 Sportback e-tron, and the brand's electrified performance grand tourer, the e-tron GT. More performance-oriented S and RS models continue to build the brand's electric portfolio.
Expanded Connected Car and ADAS Features
For 2024, all Audi SUV models now feature adaptive cruise control or adaptive cruise assist as standard equipment. With Audi's traffic sign recognition technology filtering into more vehicle trims as an optional feature, applications of the predictive ACC feature also increase for 2024. Additionally, the Audi connect app now features remote engine start capability integrated into nearly the entire 2024 lineup; including almost all A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 and Q8 models.
In summer 2023, Audi expects to launch an integrated application store that will be available for select models with the third-generation modular infotainment toolkit (MIB 3), allowing apps to be directly downloaded on to the Multimedia Interface (MMI).
Available in most Audi A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q8, and e-tron GT models, the Audi app store offers customers a new level of digital in-car experience, seamlessly connecting their Audi to their digital life. At launch, apps from the following categories are available: Music, Video, Gaming, Navigation, Parking & Charging, Productivity, Weather, and News. The ecosystem will support proprietary apps, as well as the integration of third-party services such as Spotify, TikTok, Yelp, Webex by Cisco, and The Weather Channel®. More information on the Audi app store and apps will be subjective to future announcements. An active Audi connect PLUS subscription is required to access the app store and use any in-vehicle apps. The functionality will be expanded to additional models going forward.
A3 Model Family
Following a major redesign for the 2022 model year, the A3 family sees enhancements to trim level offerings and standard equipment for the 2024 A3, S3 and RS 3 models.
The A3's Black optic sport package includes a new 18-inch wheel. As part of the Convenience package HomeLink® functionality is now integrated into the rearview mirror and available for the A3 model family.
On S3 models, the Carbon atlas structure inlay is now standard, replacing the Aluminum spectrum inlay, and Fine Nappa leather seats are now available as a standalone option on Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels.
RS 3 models now benefit from a large, standard Carbon atlas matte inlay as well. The accent stitching and other interior enhancements found in the optional RS design package are now exclusively in red instead of green.

A6 Model Family
The 2024 A6 model line includes the A6 Sedan, A6 allroad, S6 Sedan and RS 6 Avant. The model family sees changes through a mid-cycle product enhancement that includes a new front grille for A6 and S6 models and a refreshed rear diffuser on A6 models; new exterior paint, wheel and interior dash inlay options; as well as enhanced infotainment offerings along with new standard equipment and package contents.
Matrix-design LED headlights are now standard. There are four new wheel designs on offer for A6 and S6 models, along with four new exterior colors and two new interior inlays.
Remote start is now available via the Audi connect app, while a new Adaptive Cruise Assist display is available via the optional Convenience package on Premium trim levels, and standard across Premium Plus and above trim levels.

An enhanced Black optic plus package is also now available for the Q5 45, Q5 55, and Q5 45 Sportback that includes black Audi rings and model badge, black exterior trim, high-gloss rear diffusor, front spoiler and air intakes, black headliner, perforated leather steering wheel with S badge, red brake calipers, black roof rails on the SUV, and – on Prestige trims – a dark headlight treatment.
For 2024, Arkona White replaces Ibis White exterior paint across the entire model family.

Q7 Model Family
For 2024, the Q7 45, Q7 55 and SQ7 receive minor updates with new standard features and package additions.
Adaptive cruise assist is now standard on all models and Remote start is now available through the Audi connect app. The Executive package, optional on Premium plus trim levels and above, now includes traffic sign recognition – a first time this feature has been available on Q7 45 models. Similarly, a multi-color contour/ambient LED interior lighting package is now standard on Premium Plus trims and above, as well.
The 2024 Q7 55 Prestige is also now available with a special S line sport package. The new package brings the S line exterior to Q7 in the U.S. for the first time. Models fit with the S line sport package receive a comprehensive list of exterior enhancements that include; 21-inch 5-spoke blade design wheels with all-season tires (an optional 22-inch 5-V-spoke design wheel with summer tires is also available); all-wheel steering; sport adaptive air suspension; red brake calipers; S line and black optic exterior kits with black rings and badges; and black roof rails. Inside models equipped with the S line sport package receive; front S sport seats; Valcona leather seating with S embossing and diamond stitching, in either black or gray; an extended leather package; a black cloth headliner; and brushed aluminum inlays.
The 2024 Q7 Prestige is also available with optional HD Matrix-design LED headlamps with Audi laser light, and an optional Dinamica headliner.

Q8 e-tron Model Family
New for 2024, the Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback e-tron are the latest iterations of Audi's flagship e-tron electric SUV, providing the most sophisticated and seamless electrification experience within the Audi portfolio.
For 2024, the Q8 e-tron has been refined with increased driving range, higher power and faster charging capabilities, and improved driving dynamics compared to the previous model year. The Q8 e-tron delivers quicker acceleration, as well as efficiency gains through aerodynamic advancements and improvements to both battery cell chemistry and packaging, which increases the capacity of the battery pack to 114 kWh. Along with a host of technology changes to make EV ownership even more seamless, redesigned steering hardware and suspension software sharpen the responsiveness of the 2024 Q8 e-tron while continuing to set standards in ride comfort to match its quiet cabin.
Elegant design enhancements not only heighten the on-road presence of Q8 e-tron models, they optimize aerodynamic function while incorporating Audi's sleek new two-dimensional rings logo and Singleframe projection light grille. The Q8 e-tron receives a more aerodynamic wheel lineup, new treatments to the front and rear fascia serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, and the 2024 Q8 e-tron will be the first Audi model to feature laser-etched model badging on the B-pillar.
The Q8 e-tron also benefits from two years of DC fast charging included at no additional cost via the Electrify America network; true customer conveniences such as Plug & Charge, which eliminates the need to present a separate payment card at select charging stations; and one week of complimentary Audi on demand rental benefit through the Always Audi program.
Also for 2024, Adaptive cruise assist with lane guidance is now standard. A 19.2 kW / 80 Amp onboard charger and second charge port on the passenger side of the vehicle are now available as part of the optional AC charging package.

The grand touring e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT see minor changes to standard equipment and package contents for 2024.
Power steering plus, LED interior lighting plus, and illuminated doorsill inlays are now standard on all e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT models. On Prestige trim levels, the e-tron GT benefits from standard HD Matrix-design LED headlights with Audi laser light (which include headlight and taillight animations) and a Dinamica headliner. The RS e-tron GT receives both the HD Matrix-design LED headlights with Audi laser light and Dinamica headliner as standard.
All e-tron GT models now benefit from a six-month trial subscription to Audi Connect PLUS® with Audi app store; seamlessly integrating Music, Video, Gaming, Navigation, Parking & Charging, Productivity, Weather, and News apps into the MMI.
