VICTORY RETURNED TO THE LAMBORGHINI HURACÁN GT3 IN THREE HOURS OF MONZA, BLANCPAIN ENDURANCE SERIES 2015Sant'Agata Bolognese, 21 August 2015. The FIA International Court of Appeal has reassigned victory to Grasser Racing Team and Automobili Lamborghini, for the first round held in Monza (Italy) of the Blancpain Endurance Series 2015.

The number 19 car, led by the trio Fabio Babini (ITA), Andrew Palmer (USA) and Jeroen Mul (NDL), had dominated the race right to the finish line, but then was later disqualified for a supposed irregularity in the fueling tower restrictor.

Achieving the third fastest time in qualifying, the three official drivers of Lamborghini Squadra Corse had reached the checkered flag in front of a field of sixty cars.

'We have always advocated our regularity and we were confident from the beginning in the successful outcome of our appeal. It's like winning a second time, again the result of a great team effort,' says Giorgio Sanna, Head of Motorsport for Automobili Lamborghini.

The two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 will be back on track for the fifth and final round of the Blancpain Endurance Series, which will be held in Germany at Nürburgring on 19 and 20 September.
