2000 Studebaker Avanti

Although this is NOT a Studebaker, the 2001 Avanti is still based on the old 1963 Studebaker Avanti. This latest Avanti revival will be produced in small numbers at a plant in Villa Rica, GA. It is powered by a souped-up Corvette V8. Although it is powerful, the Avanti is (as it always has been) more of a prestige car than a sports car. The Avanti is, I feel, a design that will never die.
