This fire truck was manufactured by Subaru and served the Japanese village of Sakae-mura in Nagano during the Great Sakae Mura Earthquake in March 2011. It had purchased by the local government in Nagano using an aid grant. It is a rear engine, 4x4, capable of pumping thousands of gallons of water. It is just ten feet long, four and a half feet wide, and six feet tall.

This fire truck was brought to the United States on May 20th, 2014. In 2016, it was offered for sale at The Finest auction as part of The Elegance of Hershey.
