The popular and award-winning Niro compact crossover received several exterior enhancements for its 2020 mid-cycle refresh, including a redesigned front and rear fascias, a new diamond-pattern grille and dual chevron-shaped LED daytime running lights, new fog lamps, and updated projector-type headlights. The rear faux skid plate is wider and more pronounced, the rear LED combination lights have more technological appeal than previous, and there are new 16-inch and 18-inch alloy wheel designs.
The base LX trim features standard roof rack rails. The new LXS trim includes standard Forward Collision Avoidance, Blind Spot Collision Warning, and Lane Keeping Assist. The revised Touring trim includes standard sunroof, redesigned 18-inch alloy wheels, new steering wheel-mounted paddle controls (for shifting in Sport mode, and regen braking in Eco mode) and optional navigation. Touring Special Edition is a new trim that includes navigation with a new 10.25-inch touchscreen display, leather interior, LED headlamps, black roof rails and choice of either new, unique Solar Orange or Horizon Blue paint with matching interior accents. Top EX Premium trim gets synthetic leather seats and the new 10.25-inch touchscreen display.
