1926 Chevrolet Series X

This 1926 Chevrolet Series X one-ton truck wears a stake body. The Series X was new in 1926 and used a passenger car hood, fenders, lights, and running gear. Chevrolet listed the price as 'upon application' - this example sold for an estimated $550. The engine is a four-cylinder unit that displaces 171 cubic inches and produces 35 horsepower.
