1977 Land Rover Series III

This 1977 Land Rover 2-Door Utility vehicle served as an ambulance. The Series II was replaced by the Series III in 1971, receiving a new grille and an all-synchro gearbox. Power was from an overhead valve four-cylinder engine displacing 140 cubic-inches and offering nearly 80 horsepower. An optional six and optional four-cylinder diesel were also available. The six boosted power to 85 while the four was rated at 62 horsepower.
