1980 March 803

The March 803 was the company's F3 car for 1980. It had an inboard front suspension and a front-end design similar to the car it replaced, the March 793. Unfortunately, the car was hard to handle and difficult to drive. So partway through the season, March introduced an improved version called the 830B. Modifications were made to the front, including a narrower nose and side wings. The outboard rear suspension was switched with an inboard rocker arm setup.

In total, there were 27 examples produced.
