Durham Welcomes MG's New BTCC Driver Line-Up

The first public appearance of the newly-updated MG Racing RCIB Insurance BTCC duo, Árón Taylor-Smith and Josh Cook, will take place this Friday, 9 of June, at Fred Henderson MG in Durham. Open to all, the free event welcomes guests from 7pm, with drinks, autograph signings and the opportunity to take photographs with the drivers.

The team, which is run by Triple Eight Racing, will be competing in rounds 13, 14 and 15 of the BTCC at Croft, near Darlington, this weekend. The circuit is known for its challenging, technical nature and the evening will walk fans through the team's strategy for the race meet as well as giving guests the chance to ask drivers their own questions.

David Henderson, Managing Director at Fred Henderson MG, said: 'Croft Circuit is our local track so we're delighted that the first Q&A for the re-vamped team will be in Durham. It will be brilliant to meet the drivers and hear about what the team has planned for the rest of the season.'

The Q&A session will be held at Fred Henderson MG, Langley Bridge Garage, Langley Moor, Durham DH7 8JZ.

The afternoon of the event will also see the all-new MG XS on display at the dealership. This will be an opportunity for those that have not yet seen MG's recently announced Compact SUV to get close to the car that will be on sale from Autumn.
