There for very few changes on the 1982 Fiat X1/9 except for a price increase. The mid-engine, 2-door Targa Coupe now had a base price of $10,990, which was nearly a $2,000 increase. Power came from an overhead-cam four-cylinder engine displacing 91.4 CID and offering 75 SAE horsepower.
