1991 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR

The high-tech Nissan Skyline GT-R entered the motoring scene in 1989 and built specifically to contest Group A Competition. The original R32 GT-R Skyline had dominated the Australian racing scene, earning the nickname 'Godzilla.'

Among the Skyline options and trim levels was the GT-R R32. It had a twin-turbocharged engine, ATTESA-E-TS Advanced Total Traction Engineering System for All-Terrain Electronic Torque Split all-wheel-drive system, and Super HICAS all-wheel steering system which allowed the rear wheels to steer at a maximum of one degree. The Skyline was never manufactured outside Japan and was only sold in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. Bodystyles included either a -door coupe or 4-door hardtop sedan, all other body styles were dropped.
