Suzuki : High Ranking Reliability Score
Suzuki has been highly ranked in the 2018 J.D. Power UK Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS). It came 2nd overall in the latest study and further highlights the renowned reliability of the brand. The UK Dependability Study is based on responses from over 13,500 owners of new vehicles registered from February 2015 through to February 2017 and measures problems experienced by UK owners after 12-36 months of ownership.
Auto Express Magazine Dealer Network Survey.
The good news on customer satisfaction continued for Suzuki and its 156 strong Dealer network too in the recently published 2018 'Driver Power' Survey by Auto Express. Suzuki ranked fourth overall amongst 28 Dealer networks surveyed with an impressive 88.75 per cent score. Vehicle owners were asked a set of questions about their Dealer including general communication, standard of work, staff courtesy and the speed to complete work. Suzuki owners were very impressed with their dealer facilities and overall value for money which helped the brand climb the charts to match that of the 2017 survey. According to Driver Power, Suzuki owners had the lowest level of complaints in the industry about their dealer at just 4.6 per cent.

The survey measures faults experienced per 100 vehicles and a low index score reflects higher quality. Of the 24 car brands measured, Suzuki ranked second with a score of just 87 versus an industry average of 128. In the separate J.D Power UK Customer Service Index Study announced at the same time which relates to customer experience at a franchised dealer for maintenance and repair work, Suzuki ranked fifth overall amongst 18 other volume brands measured and again achieved a much higher than industry average score.
