Suzuki GB PLC has named this year's winners of its annual Aftersales Guild Awards, which took place at the De Vere Horwood Estate in Buckinghamshire. Forming part of the vehicle manufacturer's distance learning programme, the prestigious ceremony marked the final stage of Suzuki's Aftersales Guild Competition, which saw individuals from across the brand's 159-strong dealer network vie for the top spot in the Aftersales Manager, Aftersales Advisor and Technician of the Year categories.

The finalists, who work tirelessly to deliver exceptional service and workmanship to Suzuki customers day in, day out, were put to the test in a series of demanding challenges on the day of the gala dinner. Scores were then aggregated to determine the winners and runners-up, and they were each rewarded with certificates from Nobuo Suyama, Suzuki GB's Managing Director, and Denis Houston, Director of Aftersales.

Kevin Willeard of Desira Suzuki Lowestoft was crowned Aftersales Manager of the Year, whilst Mark Sims, who works at Stephen A Sims Cars Ltd, was named Aftersales Advisor of the Year.
