NISSAN GROUP REPORTS DECEMBER AND 2015 CALENDAR YEAR U.S. SALESNASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan Group today announced total U.S. sales for December 2015 of 139,300 units, an increase of 19 percent over the prior year and a December record. For calendar year 2015, Nissan set an all-time record with 1,484,918 total U.S. sales, an increase of 7 percent.

Nissan Division calendar year highlights:

◾In 2015, Nissan Division set an all-time record with 1,351,420 total sales.

◾Nissan also set annual sales records for Rogue, Versa, NV and NV200.

◾In 2015, Nissan's light-truck sales set an all-time record with 575,797 total sales and up 20 percent for the year.

Nissan Division December highlights:

◾Nissan Division finished December with 124,207 sales, up 18 percent and a December record.

◾Sales of the Versa subcompact set a December record at 11,058, an increase of 21 percent.

◾Sentra sales increased 28 percent with 19,760 in sales and set a December record.

◾Overall sales of Nissan crossovers, trucks and SUVs set a December record, up 41 percent.

◾The Nissan Rogue crossover set a December record at 26,479, an increase of 78 percent.

◾Sales of the Murano crossover increased 62 percent to 7,083 and set a December record.

◾Sales of the NV and NV200 each set best month ever records.

◾Nissan's total car sales set a December record with 68,934 in sales, up 4 percent.
