The event, held in June, offers three days of amazing events, including a two-day vintage race, a 5K, and the opportunity to see some of the world's rarest vintage automobiles. The beautiful backdrop for all of these events is the history Hotel Hershey®. All weekend activities drive home with one united purpose; to raise funds for the selected charities.

'We are very fortunate to have strong supporters within the community such as Midlantic Machinery, McCarthy Tires, Cleveland Brothers, M&T Bank, PPL Energy, Philadelphia Trust Co, and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.' said Leathery. 'Without their support we would not be able to achieve nor continue to provide such significant support to these charities.'

The Elegance at Hershey was founded under the direction of John (Jack) Rich, of Pottsville PA. Along with his friend AACA Executive Director Steve Moskowitz and a Board of Directors, Jack's vision to build and produce a unique car event providing opportunity for individuals to view world class vehicles up close and in person became a reality. Although Jack Rich passed away in December of 2011, he was able to be present during the first year to see the fruits of his labor. The Rich family and Jack's memory are still a very big part of The Elegance as his son Michael Rich and wife Joannie continue to serve on the board are confident he would be proud of what he started.

The Elegance is a weekend-long schedule of activities that includes: the Grand Ascent, a challenging automobile hill climb appealing to many that love to see history in motion; The Elegance Challenge, a 5K that begins with 200-foot elevation rise over 7-tenths of a mile; and The Elegance at Hershey, a judged Concours d'Elegance featuring 75 of the worlds rarest vehicles.

Organizers of The Elegance at Hershey would like to thank all sponsors, donors, volunteers, and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. The Elegance at Hershey 2014 weekend of events will take place on June 13, 14, and 15.
