Jeep® Brand Celebrates 115Th Anniversary Of Harley-Davidson® In Prague

•The two brands share enthusiasm, freedom and sense of belonging and will be teaming up in Prague from 5-8 July for the most important International Harley-Davidson event of the year.

•On display the new Jeep® Cherokee – the next generation of the Jeep SUV now featuring a refreshed style, advanced connectivity and premium safety and technology.

•The all-new Jeep Wrangler will be available for test drives – the undisputed off-road champion which is equally at ease on city streets will be opening the parade that will be a key part of the celebrations.

•Visitors will be able to test drive the new 2019 Jeep Renegade, which is introducing a new range of turbo petrol engines developed to grant enhanced fuel efficiency and performance both on- and off-road. One of the vehicles will also display an array of accessories from the large catalogue by Mopar®.

•An authentic Jeep driving experience in the Jeep®/Touring Zone will take place with test drives on a special obstacle course and on off-road trail.

•The three Wrangler winners of the H.O.G. and J.O.G. CUSTOM COUSINS contest will be on show.

Jeep® brand will have a major presence at a huge event marking the 115th anniversary of Harley-Davidson in Prague this weekend (5-8 July), celebrating the spirit of freedom and adventure and American heritage shared by both brands.

Bringing together more than 60,000 Harley owners and enthusiasts from across the world, the massive event promises four days of bikes, music, fun and a unique atmosphere.

And Jeep brand will add to the excitement with an action-packed programme in the Jeep/Touring Zone, including thrilling test drives of its latest models on a specially constructed obstacle course and off-road trail.

Meanwhile, all event-goers will be greeted by the sight of a stunning all-new Jeep Wrangler displayed on a striking raised structure at the main entrance.

In addition, the new Jeep Cherokee – the next generation of the brand's capable mid-size SUV – will also be on display, alongside the new 2019 Renegade, the Compass and Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

What's more, three stunning custom versions of the Wrangler – the winners of the CUSTOM COUSINS competition as chosen by members of the Harley Owners' Group and Jeep Owners' Group social channels and celebrating the reputation of Jeep and Harley owners as the true masters of customization, will also be on show.

It will be the first major event to take place since the two brands renewed and strengthened their European partnership for the fifth successive year. Under the arrangement, Jeep remains a key partner and official sponsor of major Harley-Davidson events and rallies throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

New Jeep Cherokee

Star of the Jeep/ Touring Zone will be the new Jeep Cherokee – the most recent version of the Jeep mid-size SUV – which offers best-in-class off-road capabilities, courtesy of three 4x4 systems.

The Cherokee refreshed design projects the premium personality of the brand yet stays true to iconic Jeep styling and features a new fascia with LED lights, signature 'waterfall' bonnet with a new lightweight aluminium structure and a new tailgate for a contemporary and distinctive look.

Inside, there's an array of user-friendly technologies for more comfort, connectivity and occupant protection while superior quality materials and craftsmanship show a real attention to detail.

All-new Jeep Wrangler

Showcased spectacularly at the main event entrance, the all-new Jeep Wrangler is reasserting its position as an undisputed off-road champion while showing it is just as at ease on everyday city streets, with its excellent comfort and state-of-the-art technology.

It is the most capable off-road Wrangler ever, thanks to its two advanced four-wheel drive systems (Command-Trac and Rock-Trac), Tru-Lock electric front- and rear-axle lockers, Trac-Lok limited-slip differential and electronic front sway-bar disconnect.

New 2019 Jeep Renegade

The new 2019 Jeep Renegade, the first Jeep SUV to be made in Italy, will be starring in the brand's test drive area. The model features new engines for even better performance and improved fuel-efficiency on all terrains.

Its authentic, no-compromise style integrates the brand's most iconic features in a modern key for an outstanding expression of urban lifestyle.

It also retains all the strengths that helped the original change the rules in a market crowded by crossovers and drive the brand to new sales records in Europe.

2019 Jeep Renegade by Mopar®

More than 130 Original Accessories developed for the 2019 Jeep Renegade by Mopar – the FCA brand dedicated to aftersales products and services – guarantee unparalleled customization potential, allowing owners to ignite their passion and tackle any adventure.

Mopar has developed a wide range of accessories for the model capable of enhancing its dual personality – both urban and off-road. On display there will be a 2019 Jeep Renegade with Alpine White exterior offering a special customization achieved by fitting a selection of these accessories.

In terms of looks, key features include eye-catching 19-inch alloy wheels, combined with valve caps with Jeep logo, bonnet decal with captivating camouflage graphics, satin grey front grille and mirror caps. Subshine Grey accessories express the maximum care for details and include the rear scuff plate, front dam and interior trim.

The off-road character of the vehicle is reasserted by the Jeep® Performance Parts badge. Maximum protection and performance is secured by side mouldings, transmission skid plates, rock rails, rear splash guards and special off-road pedals.

There are also plenty of functional accessories, such as the handy cargo area tray and the all-weather rubber floor mats for comfort and protection. Removable roof bars can be used to support a surfboard carrier.
