July 11, 2018 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - The automotive editors at Driving Today listed three FCA US LLC vehicles in the top 10 list of coolest cars under $35,000.

The 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T is a true muscle car with HEMI® V-8 power under the hood, room for five and plenty of space in the trunk. Challenger R/T features the high-torque 5.7-liter HEMI with 375 horsepower and up to 410 lb.-ft. of torque mated to either the TorqueFlite eight-speed or standard six-speed manual transmission. For 2019, the Challenger R/T has a starting a U.S. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $34,100, making it the most affordable V-8 in the segment.

The Challenger SRT Hellcat returns with output now starting at 717 horsepower and both Hellcat models feature a new dual-snorkel hood that pays homage to the distinctive Dodge design themes from some of its most famous muscle cars, including the 1970 Dart Swinger and 1971 Demon. The new R/T Scat Pack Widebody includes fender flares, adding 3.5 inches of body width, 20 x 11-inch forged wheels, 305/35ZR20 Pirelli tires and larger six-piston Brembo brakes in the front for improved on-road and on-track performance.

Eight distinct models make up the reconfigured vehicle lineup for 2019: SXT, SXT AWD, GT, GT AWD, R/T, R/T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye. Numerous option packages offer all the upgrades, unique heritage cues and additional performance that Dodge//SRT customers demand. Key Abarth features include rear-wheel drive, a sophisticated suspension and a four-cylinder turbocharged MultiAir 1.4-liter turbocharged engine with 164 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque, and is available with a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
