SsangYong UK Chooses Roadside Assistance Expert Allianz Partners UK To Deliver Quality Customer Care

Owners of new SsangYong vehicles purchased from 1st September 2018 will benefit from a year's roadside cover - SsangYong Assistance - from Allianz Partners as part of the new three-year collaboration. Nick Laird, Managing Director of SsangYong Motors UK, comments, 'Allianz Partners already has an enviable reputation for providing quality roadside assistance and customer care, but they will also be looking to bring innovative ideas to the table to help us further maximise the SsangYong ownership experience.' Doug Lincoln, Aftersales Director for SsangYong Motors UK, added: 'We are currently exploring with Allianz Partners the implementation of an extended roadside assistance, for those customers who want to continue to enjoy the peace of mind that SsangYong Assistance provides, after their initial new car cover expires. To bring added value to owners of older SsangYong vehicles we are also reviewing the merits of 'Service Activated' roadside assistance administered and operated by Allianz Partners.'
