Sale Of Custom 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon At Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction To Support Veterans Through NS2 Serves

UNCASVILLE, CONN. – June 4, 2019 – Barrett-Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions, will auction a 2018 custom Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 100 percent of the hammer price benefiting NS2 Serves during the 4th Annual Northeast Auction, June 26-29, 2019, at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. Designed by Tommy Pike Customs in partnership with ARIES and Pennzoil, this custom Jeep will cross the block Saturday, June 29. NS2 Serves provides training and employment for veterans in high-tech careers.

Renowned South Carolina-based Tommy Pike Customs brought a talented team of experts together to build the 2018 Custom Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, which is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with Pennzoil Platinum 0W-20 Full Synthetic Oil and ProCharger Supercharger system. Other performance modifications include a 4-inch lift with remote reservoir shocks, Wilwood brakes, MagnaFlow exhaust system, FUEL 17×9-inch Off-Road Zephyr Wheels and General Tire Grabber X3 tires.

Custom interior and exterior features include a full military-themed vinyl wrap with graphics, a custom-designed leather interior, ActionTrac Running Boards, TrailChaser bumpers with turn-signal housing, heavy-duty spare tire carrier, fender flares and liners, Style Guard XD, WARN VR10 winch and CURT Manufacturing rear-mount trailer hitch. This special Jeep has only 120 actual miles and has been on tour across the country to create awareness and raise funds for NS2 Serves.

The NS2 Serves course is open to post-9/11 U.S. military service veterans and reservists (including disabled veterans), service members with orders to leave active duty and Gold Star spouses who meet eligibility requirements. Participants receive certifications that are valuable in careers worldwide. As of November 2018, NS2 Serves is proud to have trained over 237 veterans from the program.
