Welsh Rugby Stars Choose Jeep Wrangler

Two Wales rugby internationals well-versed in tough tackling on the pitch are now able to tackle the toughest terrain off it after taking delivery of their new Jeep Wrangler SUVs.

Cardiff Blues and WRU tighthead, Dillon Lewis and former WRU and current Worcester Warriors centre, Ashley Beck, both chose the iconic SUV – the ultimate go-anywhere 4x4 – as their daily drives independently of one and other.

Both bought their Wrangler from Nathaniel Cars, which has dealerships in Bridgend and Cardiff, and is one of the newest retailers in Jeep's UK network.

Six-foot tighthead prop Lewis chose the aggressively styled 4dr Wrangler Night Eagle special edition finished in Granite Crystal.

Neath-born Beck meanwhile, opted for a model equally well suited to his 6'3' frame – a 2.0-litre Wrangler Sahara 4dr in Ocean Blue.

Ashley added: 'I absolutely love my new Wrangler – it's perfect for all the country lanes around Worcestershire, but it's definitely not just going to be something I use for my day-to-day driving. I can't wait to get off road in it and to have some serious fun.'
