The catalogue for Worldwide's 13th annual Auburn Auction is now online, with three-quarters of this year's consignments offered at no reserve, including three exceptional collections. To be presented as a simultaneous live and online event, the Auburn Auction is the only live boutique catalogue sale still on the calendar for 2020, scheduled to take place at the company's Indiana headquarters on September 5th over Labor Day Weekend. Among the landmark consignments is the celebrated Stainless Steel Trifecta, a once-in-a-lifetime chance for a collector to acquire a trio of historic vehicles first conceived by the pioneering stainless steel producer Allegheny Ludlum Inc. in collaboration with the Ford Motor Company in 1935 , built to showcase the extreme durability and aesthetic appeal of the new metal. Comprising a 1936 Ford Deluxe Sedan, 1960 Ford Thunderbird and 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible, the Stainless Steel Trifecta will be offered without reserve as a single consignment.

Also slated to go under the hammer at no reserve is The Red Collection, a selection of extremely desirable, numbers-matching Corvette Roadsters and one Coupe, representing model years 1961 through 1967, with coveted Triple Crown Award winners included in the offering. One of the most sought-after examples in an impeccable collection is a 1961 Chevrolet Corvette 'Dual-Quad' Roadster, a prestigious Duntov Mark of Excellence, NCRS Top Flight and Bloomington Gold® award winner, used by the Franklin Mint to pattern its die-cast model.

The Pristine Collection of Eric McConnell is one of the most immaculate restomod collections to hit the market, each car having been crafted and custom built for aesthetics and performance, with no expense spared. Within the 17-car, no-reserve collection are multiple award-winning cars including a 2020 Detroit Autorama winner and multiple ISCA Summit Racing first place award recipients. Among the many highlights is a show-stopping 1962 Chevrolet Bubble Top Pro Street Custom, first place winner at the 2020 Detroit Autorama, complete with scorching 1,110-HP 555 Chevy big block engine and Hilborn fuel injection system. Also offered are a stunning 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne with Lingenfelter supercharged LT4 engine and five-speed manual transmission and a unique custom designed 1936 Fiat Topolino Custom on a '32 Ford Chassis, with 355 small block with Sanderson street rod headers. Pristine custom trucks in the collection include a show-worthy 1956 Ford Custom RestoMod Truck, recipient of multiple first place ISCA Summit Racing awards.

European motorcars include a well-maintained and beautifully presented 1927 Rolls-Royce Springfield Phantom I Brewster Regent Convertible Coupe with striking and desirable Phantom I styling and an exceptional, beautifully restored 1939 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Four-Door Cabriolet with coachwork by Park Ward. The Auburn Auction kicks off at 2.30pm on Saturday, September 5th with a collection of 250 lots of high quality, fresh-to-market memorabilia, all offered without reserve, continuing at 6pm with the motorcar segment of the sale.
