DS Automobiles Opens Its Largest UK Store To Date In Leicester

• DS Automobiles has opened its largest UK dealership yet in Leicester, bolstering the premium French manufacturers' UK expansion

•Models from across the DS Automobiles range including electric E-TENSE models and the upcoming DS 9 will be available to buy from DS STORE LEICESTER

•The site will house 17 workshop bays with a potential to add a further six during peak demand

•Full suite of charging stations available for customers to use free of charge

DS Automobiles and Robins & Day continue their DS UK expansion by opening the doors to the largest British showroom to date.

The new DS STORE LEICESTER will hold 17 workshop bays, with the possibility of adding a further six bays during peak times, and a used cars site which will eventually house more than 150 models across Groupe PSA brands, with customers able to access thousands of vehicles through Robins & Day's own stock system.

To mark the launch of the new dealership, DS STORE LEICESTER will host an exclusive fashion show in the Spring of 2021. The show highlights the close relationship between DS Automobiles and Haute Couture – the ultimate embodiment of French luxury, where every fabric, metal or material entering the DS workshops meets the most exacting quality standards. As the official partner to Paris Fashion Week®, DS Automobiles recently unveiled an exclusive editorial fashion shoot showcasing the work of the emerging designers that the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion promotes through their Sphere showroom.

From today, customers in Leicester will be able to explore the full DS Automobiles range, including the 100% electric DS 3 CROSSBACK E-TENSE and the DS 7 CROSSBACK E-TENSE 4x4 Plug-In Hybrid. DS STORE LEICESTER will also host the upcoming DS 9, the new premium saloon model available with a range of plug-in powertrains.

For customers who have made the transition towards electrification, DS Leicester houses both fast and rapid charging stations, which are complimentary to use for both existing and potential customers.

The team has gone to extra lengths to ensure that the new site is safe and secure, in line with current COVID-19 guidelines. The store operates a one-way system to make sure customers and staff observe social distancing, and there are sanitising stations and stringent cleaning protocols in place. All dedicated DS Store advisers have their temperature taken twice a day and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
