All-new 2022 INFINITI QX60 makes a global Hollywood entrance and Conquers Life in Style with Kate Hudson

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The next step in the evolution of INFINITI begins as the credits roll on the reveal film for the all-new 2022 INFINITI QX60.

Today, INFINITI introduced the all-new, next generation of its bestselling family SUV, the 2022 INFINITI QX60. On sale in North America this fall, the 2022 INFINITI QX60 continues one of the most successful nameplates for the automaker, selling more than 400,000 units over its history, and updates it with modern artistry and craftsmanship.

It was brought to life in the short, branded-film 'INFINITI Presents: Conquer Life in Style with All-New QX60' created to reveal the all-new 2022 INFINITI QX60 to customers around the world. The film starred Golden Globe-winner and Academy Award-nominated actress, producer, entrepreneur, and mother, Kate Hudson.

'Kate is a natural fit to bring to life the qualities of our target customer for QX60,' said General Manager INFINITI Global Brand and Marketing Phil York. 'Her life is in constant motion — running a business and a family — and she does it all with grace. Our customers are busy people, and we are able to speak to them with support from partners like Kate.'

The 2022 INFINITI QX60 interior delivers an open, inviting atmosphere with INFINITI's design team paying special attention to seamlessly integrate technology features within a cabin generously appointed with tailored, soft-touch materials. It is loaded with features designed to deliver capability and make everyday tasks easier and more efficient, including a high-definition touchscreen, wireless charging, Wi-Fi connectivity and one-touch second-row seats that effortlessly slide fore and aft for easy access to the third row without removing a car seat1.

At its heart is a powerful V-6 engine, all-new 9-speed automatic transmission, available Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, and enhanced ProPILOT Assist with Navi Link to help the 2022 INFINITI QX60 deliver comfort, refinement and confidence to its driver and passengers.

'The QX60 is the second new car to launch from INFINITI this year as we transform our business,' said INFINITI Chairman Peyman Kargar. 'The all-new QX55 is turning heads and driving new traffic into our showrooms already. Add in the stunning new design of the all-new QX60 and the new horizon for INFINITI looks bright.'

Underscoring the importance of the QX60's impact and its significance to owners worldwide, INFINITI will produce the crossover in two facilities, each catering to specific needs for those markets. At Smyrna, Tennessee, the QX60 will be assembled with North American and buyers worldwide in mind. The award-winning Nissan Smyrna Vehicle Assembly facility rolls out 640,000 vehicles annually with a workforce of 6,700 and has assembled vehicles since 1983. INFINITI has assembled the QX60 (nee JX35) in Smyrna since 2012.

Beginning next year, INFINITI, with its partner Dongfeng, will also produce the QX60 in China exclusively for buyers there. Specific adjustments for those customers in China help INFINITI further achieve its goal of tailoring its cars to meet its customers where they expect.

The all-new QX60 is the latest INFINITI model in the broader Nissan Motor Corporation's Nissan NEXT Transformation plan. More information about the all-new QX60 including pricing, packaging and availability will be provided closer to the respective market launches.
