At THE TIRE COLOGNE 2022 trade fair, which is taking place from 24th–26th May 2022 in Cologne, Falken will be presenting its wide range of tyres for cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles and HGVs.
Another highlight at the trade fair stand will be Falken's new top model, the Falken AZENIS FK520. This ultra-high-performance tyre has been available since the spring, and will build on the successes of its predecessor, the Falken AZENIS FK510. Another customer and test favourite will also be on display in Cologne: the Falken ZIEX ZE310 ECORUN summer tyres. In the most recent summer tyre test by AUTO BILD, this high-performance tyre was awarded a top-5 ranking from a total of 50 tyres, and secured a test rating of 'Good'.
From the segment for HGV tyres, Falken will be presenting the popular RI151 and GI388 tyres, both of which are for the steering and trailer axle, as well as the high-traction BI856 for the drive axle. The WILDPEAK M/T01 and A/T AT3WA models, which have been developed for use in the off-road segment and which, due to the design of their side walls, can withstand the toughest of weather and road conditions, will also be on show.
Since the end of 2017, FALKEN has been distributing further products under the name of 'Sumitomo Tyres'. This second brand combines precision engineering and the highest of quality with a cost-effective price. A selection from Sumitomo Tyres' current portfolio will also be on display in Cologne.
Entertainment will also be on offer: the latest video from Falken, which was shot at the Nürburgring racing track during the 24 hour race last year, will celebrate its premiere at the TIRE COLOGNE.
The Falken trade fair stand will be in Hall 6.1 in the sections C010 and D019.

More than 20 different tyres from the Falken assortment will be on show at the exhibition stand, with a size of just under 400 m2. The highlight will be a model of the first tyre especially developed for electric vehicles, the Falken 'e.ZIEX', which is going to be launched as the first spare tyre for the vehicle segment in Europe for the summer season of 2023. The Falken 'e.ZIEX' is set to be one of the best tyres in terms of energy efficiency that the Sumitomo Group has ever developed and manufactured. In addition to this, pre-series models of the new winter tyre from Falken, the Falken EUROWINTER HS02 and EUROWINTER HS02PRO, will also be on show: while the EUROWINTER HS02 is a further development of the popular EUROWINTER HS01, Falken will also be presenting the EUROWINTER HS02PRO for the first time, a winter tyre which is aimed at drivers of sports cars and SUVs.
