Velocity Invitational Launches Rally Ride-Along Experiences with Group B Legends

World-class motorsports and lifestyle event offers ticket buyers the chance to live out their rally co-driving dreams thanks to DirtFish Rally partnership
Group B rally cars are the fastest and most powerful rally cars ever built, and this era of racing is commonly referred to as the 'golden era' of rallying. The lineup of cars slated for this experience will include a 1985 Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2, a 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Corsa and the no. C206 1986 Peugeot 205 Turbo 16, along with additional vehicles and drivers to be announced at a later date. A ride-along in one of these powerful and rare machines is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Ticket sales kick off this Friday with the Gravel Rally Car Experience, which includes a ride with a professional rally driver in a rally-tuned DirtFish Subaru BRZ. Passengers will enjoy a driver's-eye view as veteran racers show off classic rallying techniques, including precision throttle control, attacking tight turns and accelerating into slides, all on a complete gravel rally stage built on the grounds at Sonoma Raceway. The early-bird pricing for this package is $399 and includes a free single-day general admission ticket. The special pricing ends on May 4.
Tickets for the Group B Rally Experience go on sale June 5, with a very limited number of packages sold. Thrill seekers can be among the first to know when tickets are available by submitting their interest at velocityinvitational.com. Tickets for the Group B Rally Experience will start at $2,999.
