Ford Credit, Lincoln AFS Offer Payment Relief to People Affected by Hurricanes Francine or Helene
October 4, 2024 by FordFord Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services are supporting customers affected by Hurricanes Francine or Helene. They are offering payment extensions of up to 60 days to eligible customers who live in counties eligible for FEMA's Individuals and Households Program. Interest may continue to accrue on deferred payment(s). The fastest way for customers buying their vehicles to request an extension is by visiting www.ford.com/finance or through the Ford Credit app. They may also call, and lease customers must call, 1-800-723-4016 to request disaster relief. People who want to lease or purchase a new vehicle may also qualify for payment deferrals for up to 120 days with financing from Ford Credit or Lincoln Automotive Financial Services. Contact local Ford or Lincoln dealerships in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia by Nov. 13 for eligibility and details.
