INFINITI strengthens commitment to thoughtful hospitality with new head of Client Experience and Training

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – INFINITI USA has named Julie Lynch director of Client Experience and Training. In this role, she will be responsible for leading strategies to deliver luxury client services while enhancing satisfaction and loyalty for the INFINITI brand.

Lynch began her career with Nissan Group in 2006 and has held roles in marketing and sales, aftersales, and business transformation. Most recently she was director, Aftersales Dealer Support.

Her extensive background in retailer engagement, client relations and training will be essential as we continue to elevate our award-winning client experience programs,' said Bob Welby, senior director, INFINITI USA. Lynch has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a master's in engineering management from the University of Tennessee.

She will begin her new role on Dec. 1, 2024 and be based at INFINITI Americas headquarters in Franklin, TN.
