Frequent contributor, Mark Moskowitz, has been named Chief Judge of the Heritage Invitational Concours to be held at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday April 5. Now, in its third year, the concours celebrates the opening of the Ten Tenths Motor Club as it moves from the Speedway infield to the new road course.
