INFINITI REPORTS U.S. SALES FOR AUGUST 2014

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Infiniti today reported U.S. sales of 9,164 vehicles in August, a decrease of 22.9 percent versus 11,884 vehicles a year earlier. Sales of the Infiniti Q50, which went on sale one year ago, were up 9.1 percent in August. Infiniti's sports sedans, which include the Q50 and the G37, have risen 29 percent for the year. Infiniti also announced pricing for the redesigned 2015 Infiniti Q70, which goes on sale later this month. With new styling and refinements, the regular wheelbase Q70 starts at $49,850, with the new long-wheelbase Q70L – which has 5.6 inches of additional rear legroom – adds just $1,500 more for a starting MSRP of $51,350 (excluding D&H). The 2015 Q70 and Q70L 3.7 models also receive the popular Premium Package as complimentary.
