Highlighting early entries for the sale is a magnificent selection of vehicles from the distinguished estate collection of John Soneff, widely respected as one of the foremost Hudson experts in the industry. In total, the auction will feature no less than 19 vehicles and 50 lots of memorabilia from the Soneff Collection, many of which are offered at no reserve. Highlights include a 1949 Hudson Commodore 6 Brougham Convertible equipped with a 262 cu. in six-cylinder Twin H power Hornet engine; a 1950 Hudson Commodore 8 Brougham Convertible resplendent in black with a dark red leather interior and fitted with a 254 cu. in, inline eight-cylinder engine; and a rare 1939 Hudson Business Six Big Boy Pickup presented in light orchid with a red interior. Additional notable highlights secured for the sale include an AACA award-winning 1931 Auburn 8-98 Boattail Speedster stunning in black and silver with red pin-striping and a tan leather interior; a beautifully restored and well-maintained 1947 Buick Super Estate 'Woodie' Wagon with almost completely original wooden bodywork; a multi-award winning 1957 Ford Thunderbird E-Code; and, a fully-equipped 1967 Ford Shelby GT500 Fastback featuring a 4-speed manual transmission and one of only 200 built in Brittany Blue. In addition to these early entries, Auctions America is delighted to partner with Klipsch and Live Nation to present Klipsch's custom-made Orange County Chopper motorcycle, equipped with Klipsch speakers and featuring signatures from the world's most famous recording artists. The motorcycle will be sold to the highest bidder on Saturday, May 11 with all funds benefitting Indiana's regional Make-A-Wish Foundation® chapter.
