Lingenfelter Collection Garage Crawl To Take Place Saturday, June 15 During 26Th Annual Eyeson Design

BRIGHTON, Mich. - Ken Lingenfelter, owner of Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, will open the doors of his famed Lingenfelter Collection by hosting a Garage Crawl during the 26th Annual EyesOn Design week of activities. All proceeds from EyesOn Design events, this year themed 'Revolution over Evolution,' will benefit the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology.

Lingenfelter, who serves on the EyesOn Design Board, will also exhibit select vehicles from his collection in the EyesOn Design Automotive Design Exhibition on Sunday, June 16. The Lingenfelter Collection is a stunning compilation of Lingenfelter cars, muscle cars, Corvettes and exotic European vehicles, with several of the automobiles among the rarest in the world.

The Lingenfelter Collection reflects Ken Lingenfelter's enduring passion for the beauty and power of muscle cars and exotics. In addition, he is dedicated to serving the Detroit automotive community through his many volunteer activities.

The 2013 EyesOn Design week will run from June 11-16, beginning with a Tuesday Media Preview at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich.

The Vision Honored Awards Dinner takes place June 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the GM Heritage Center. Vision Honored is a black-tie gala celebrating the work of Wayne Cherry, this year's winner of the EyesOn Design Lifetime Design Achievement Award, a great honor in the international design community.

The Garage Crawl at the Lingenfelter Collection will take place June 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Brighton, Mich.

The EyesOn Design Automotive Design Exhibition will take place June 16 at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich. The day will include the EyesOn Design Car Show and a Private Eyes Brunch on the lawn of the estate.
