The Packard Convertible Sedan, style number 1253, accounted for only a small number of sales, with just 20 built. It is believed that fewer than six have survived today. This example is early in the production run with a well-known history and has essentially been in Pennsylvania for its entire life. In 2000, Bernard Berman acquired it from the original owner's family. The car was later sold to Nicola Bulgari, for whom it underwent a cosmetic restoration.
