1934 BMW 315 Navigation
The early history of this particular example is not fully known. It is believed to have come to America after World War II. By the 1980s, it was in the care of Burnaby, B.C. Canada-based enthusiast, Mr. Sultan Karim. The current owner acquired the car from Mr. Karim in 1987. It has an older restoration and has seen little use during the past three decades.
The car appears to have been fitted with a BMW 319/1 engine, presumably a 2-liter unit similar to a BMW 328 Roadster. The 1,972cc overhead valve six-cylinder unit is fitted with 3 Solex Downdraft carburetors and produces approximately 80 horsepower.
