The 1931 Studebaker Model 54 Regal Roadster was introduced in February of 1931 at a base price of $795. This is one of six known in existence. This automobile was acquired in 1968 when the owner's father traded a 1935 Hudson for the Studebaker. He completed the restoration in 1972 and drove the vehicle from Virginia to Hershey, PA. The current owner received the car in 1991, and in 2013 the father-son duo decided to do a complete restoration - which was done by the pair, along with some friends - and completed in 2017.
