    1947 MG TC Navigation
The T series of MG Midgets started with the 1,292 cc TA in 1936 and ran on until the last of the TFs in 1956. These MGs set the fashion for sports cars in the 1930s and 1940s and were phenomenally successful in many forms of motor sport throughout the world. This particular MG has a close association with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance; it first appeared at Pebble Beach in 1955 and won Third in Class among Two-Seater Sports Cars priced at under $2,500. It was owned at that time by Gene Szemanski who had received it as a 16th birthday present from his mother. It remained in Gene's meticulous care all his life until passing to Bob Ownes. It remains in unrestored, original condition.
