WEST COAST FERRARI OWNERS GROUP (FOG) PROVES WISHES CAN COME TRUE• Aligns With Make-A-Wish® to Provide

• Hot Laps of Happiness for 11-Year-Old Arkansas Child

SAN FRANCISCO, March 23, 2016 – While driving in a Ferrari may seem like a dream come true for many, the Ferrari Owner's Group (FOG) in San Francisco is making sure such dreams can become reality – especially for one very special child. Thanks to the group's effort to create the Ferrari Owners Charitable Foundation (FOCF) and its alignment with Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area, a multi-day Ferrari-inspired program will begin on April 8th, supporting 11-year-old Austin from Jacksonville, Ark., whose one true wish is to drive in a LaFerrari, the limited production hybrid sports car built by Italian sports car maker Ferrari. Austin, who suffers from Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, will live his dream at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., and will be joined with his family by Make-A-Wish staff, the Ferrari Owners Group and Ferrari Silicon Valley, where he'll be experiencing passenger seat time both on- and off-the-track.

The three-day program, prepared especially for Austin, will include Hot Laps at Sonoma Raceway during the Ferrari Challenge race weekend; a tour of the personal Ferrari collection of Art Zafiropoulo, owner of Ferrari Silicon Valley; street rides in a very special LaFerrari hybrid sports car; and a weekend stay at the San Francisco Hilton Hotel where Austin will be presented with a commemorative embroidered jacket from the FOG organization and will be meeting a number of FOG members and their coveted Ferrari cars.

The Bay Area FOG and its charitable FOCF organization have supported Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area for three years, raising more than $500,000 to date. On September 10, 2016, the Foundation will launch the 2016 Golden Gate Ferrari Festival in the civic heart of San Francisco. An estimated 400 Ferraris, many selected from the finest and rarest collections, will be on display at San Francisco's Civic Center Plaza Park, where the streets encircling the Park will be shut down to allow for a truly exceptional event – with a goal of raising an additional $500,000 for Make-A-Wish.
