Mitsubishi Motors Welcomes Egolf Mitsubishi Into Expanding Dealer Network

CYPRESS, Calif. – Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today announced a new addition to its growing North American dealer network – Egolf Mitsubishi in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The dealership opened its doors to the community on December 5, 2018.

Egolf Mitsubishi joins the established network of two other Egolf dealerships in the greater Hendersonville area. The addition of a stand-alone Mitsubishi dealership helps to increase the visibility and awareness of the Mitsubishi brand and its diverse lineup of vehicles to Hendersonville residents.

MMNA recently expanded its national field operations network from two zones to four by adding new offices in Florida and California in an effort to reinforce sales support for dealers. Additionally, these new zone offices mean better and faster customer support in parts, accessories and service of their new Mitsubishi. The other field operations are located in New Jersey and Texas.

With four unique vehicles in the hot crossover SUV segment, including the world's best-selling plug-in hybrid SUV**, MMNA posted overall sales of 118,074 vehicles in 2018, up 13.9 percent over 2017. This was the brand's best annual sales performance since 2007, and marked the second consecutive year that MMNA was the fastest-growing Asian brand in the U.S.* This momentum continues to strengthen the brand's dynamic CUV lineup while attracting an expanded pool of buyers in showrooms across the country.
