2001 Nissan Crossbow Concept Navigation
The Nissan Crossbow Concept was designed by Nissan Design Europe and created for the adventurous, outdoor, individual. It has plenty of off-road features such as 20-inch tires, a built-in winch, a road surface monitor and a coil suspension. Under the bonnet is a V-8 engine capable of carrying this large SUV across even the most challenging terrain. There is a four-wheel, multi-link suspension with telescopic shocks. The car rides on Michelin PAX tires with run-flat technology, even though the tires aren't run-flats.The inside is well appointed with leather trimming, wood and silver-plated metal. The four-passenger seats are upholstered in a durable mesh and all seats are removable. There are two seats located in the cargo area and can be expanded to allow seating for up to six individuals. The automatic gearshift resembles a jet aircraft throttle control. In the dash there are two hand-held GPS devices for when the cars occupants want to go exploring. There is a refrigerated glovebox, and chairs that clip into storage lockers in the cargo area.
In the front is a mesh grille and there is a removable panel in the front bumper. The side sills drop down to form a step when the doors are open.
