In the back were dual-stacked taillamps - the coupe and sedan had taillamps with new vertical bezels and lenses. The Cutlass S models could be purchased with the 4-4-2 option which - at this point in history - was an appearance and handling package. The clock was repositioned to the right side. The former round units were replaced with rectangular air outlets on the passenger side.
