The Citroen Citela Concept was an electrically powered car that featured a modular body that allowed it transform from a coupe to a mini estate, to a saloon. Many of the styling cues were borrowed from the earlier ECO 2000 project.

The concept was first shown at the French pavilion at the Universal Exposition in Seville in 1992.

The Citela Concept had a top speed of 110 kph and could travel 210 km before requiring a re-charge.
