The hugely successful Hyundai i30 range has been given a major update for 2011 model year. Refreshed exterior styling and new engines introduced this year will make Hyundai's big seller even more popular with private buyers and company car drivers alike. 2011 Hyundai i30
For 2011 model year all i30s have front fog lights, follow-me-home headlight function, and Eco Drive Indicator as standard across the range. Exterior enhancements include new grille, front bumper, side sill mouldings and rear bumper.

In addition to this, air conditioning, six airbags, Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) and active front head restraints are still standard across the range.

2011 Hyundai i30The petrol engines are now Euro 5-compliant reducing the CO2 emissions by 3g/km. To further reduce emissions and improve fuel consumption, customers now have the further option of ordering Intelligent Stop & Go technology (ISG).

A new model in the range - named Classic - will be the new entry level i30, available with the popular 1.4-litre petrol engine and a new 1.6-litre CRDi diesel with 90PS. Both have an impressive specification including ESP, air conditioning and electric front windows. The Classic 1.4 costs just £13,175 while the Classic 1.6 CRDi costs £14,145.

Adding ISG drops the CO2 emissions of the new Classic 1.6 CRDi 90PS from 115 to 110 g/km, allowing businesses to write down 100 percent of their capital write-down allowance in the first year.

The new Comfort model costs just £715 more than the Classic and adds electric rear windows, steering wheel audio controls and a leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob plus 16' alloy wheels. The Comfort is expected to be the biggest seller in the i30 range and is available with 1.4 and 1.6 petrol engines and a 115PS 1.6-litre diesel. Both 1.6-litre engines are also available with an automatic gearbox.

For drivers wanting more carrying capacity, the CO2 emissions of the Comfort 1.6 CRDi 115PS Estate shrink from 124g/km to 119 g/km, saving customers £85 per year in road tax and dropping company car drivers from 18 percent to 13 percent benefit-in-kind when fitted with ISG.

The range- topping Premium model is available from £15,980 for the 1.6-litre petrol engine and £16,800 for the 1.6 CRDi 115PS variant. With all the specification of the Comfort model it also adds 17' alloy wheels, reversing sensors, climate control and half leather and cloth seat trim.

5 Year Triple Care
Introduced with the new ix35, the i30 2011 model year is the second vehicle in Hyundai's range to benefit from the 5 Year Triple Care package.

Triple Care offers complete motoring peace of mind. All i30 owners will benefit from 5 Year RAC Roadside Assistance, 5 Years of annual Vehicle Health Checks and the famous Hyundai unlimited mileage warranty.

2011 Hyundai i30Service intervals for the petrol model are 12,500 miles or one-year, whichever occurs first, while the diesel variants for 2011 model year benefit from new service intervals of 20,000miles/ one year.
