2000 Advance Automotive Heldo

Heldo, short for 'Heldorado,' is a compact design study around the Cadillac Northstar powertrain. A 2,200-pound steel space frame/carbon/composite vehicle approximately the length of a MINI. The vehicle can go from zero-to-sixty in just 4.2 seconds and the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds.

Power is from a transverse-mounted, 32-valve Northstar V8 offering 350 horsepower.

Inside, there are race-style seats with harnesses, a centrally-mounted tachometer, a Momo steering wheel, and very closely-spaced pedals.
